Smoked Salmon Dip
Kurt FillaI Love Smoked Salmon – Any style. But this creamy caper smoked Salmon dish is a winner in our family. Its is a great hors Hors d'oeuvre or an party snack and comes together in less that 20 minutes. I like to use both sour cream and Mayo in my dips but you can use one or the other. It is also a very flexible recipe where you can increase or decrease the amount of any ingredient to create your own style. My only caution is not to increase the onions too much. I love onions but a little goes a long way in this dish and 1/3 cup is just the right amount. My family might even prefer 1/4 cup, but like I said, I love onions.
