Las Vegas, NV
Paradise for the Foodie
There are so many reasons to visit Las Vegas, but for me, the food adventure here is endless and worth the trip. Beyond the food scene you will find endless amounts of casino games with all your favorite slots, a plethora of shows to choose from, shopping options for every wallet size, and fun surprises around nearly every corner; Like the roller coaster at New York, New York, the Vegas sized Eiffel Tower in Paris, or boats that will take you through shopping centers or outside on the strip.
The city is filled with fun and adventure that keep both the gambler and the non-gamblers entertained for whatever length of time you have to spend on your trip. You might even want to plan a day trip to Hoover Dam or the Grand Canyon. But let’s get back to the food. Everything seems over the top in Vegas, which is part of the fun. From cheap eats to 5-star meals at the finest restaurants, you will find yourself on the pleasure ride of your culinary dreams. Be sure to book in advance if you plan to dine at the best restaurants, but if you miss your booking window for advanced planning, there is always a last-minute accommodating option for even the most discerning foodie fan. Our top recommendations that we will be featuring on our website are the following:
- Michael Mina
- Hells KitchenIto
- Yellow Tail
- Mott32
- Bouchon by Thomas Kellar
- Lotus Of Siam
- Zepolla Cafe
- Sparrow and Wolf
- HaSalon
- Bazaar Meats
- Sushi Roku
- In & Out
We have done the research, read the reviews, poured over 100’s of menus, and are here to bring you the best dining options and experiences you won’t want to miss. Destinations We Know does not post reviews on restaurants we would not recommend. It must score a 4-star rating or higher based on our recent dining experience. We will shine the spotlight on the highlights and touch on any area that may still need work, but if the restaurant is here on our list, you can be sure it is a spot you will enjoy. So please sit back, make your reservations, and let us help guide you through the menus.
Places to Stay: The Palazzo at the Venetian
For the best lodging in the city, we are recommending the Palazzo at the Venetian. Every room is a suite and yes they are sweeeet. You will find Beautiful rooms, comfortable beds and pillows, a wet bar, incredible views, outstanding shopping, the finest service, and a myriad of dining options. Their loyalty program is one of the best, and they value their status/tiered members with generous perks. In fact, My recent stay of 4 nights was free, and they included slot credits and food credits as well. With the location being close to the sphere and city center, I am not sure I would stay anywhere else.
