Dinner at Twin View – Evermore Resort

We had dinner last night at Twin View with my son and daughter, and overall, it was a very good experience. The atmosphere was 5-star—clean, modern, and bright, with large windows showcasing a beautiful view of the golf course on one side and the Evermore Lagoon on the other. It felt elegant without being stuffy.

Service was also a solid 5-star. The team was attentive, professional, and clearly working together to make the evening seamless. From the moment we arrived, it felt like we were in good hands.

Price was more of a 3-star. The setting and service were top-tier, but the cost felt slightly inflated for what we ordered—good food, but not quite at a level to justify the premium price point.

Food was 4-star overall. A solid, enjoyable dinner with a few standout moments, though some dishes landed stronger than others.

Here’s what we tried:

  • Smoked Manhattan –  A fun and upscale presentation and delightful drink.

  • Crab Cakes ($22): Nicely crisped and flavorful, served with southern chow chow and Tabasco aioli. A solid starter.

  • Special Clams in Spicy Tomato Broth (Special Item): Not on the regular menu, but worth mentioning—this was one of the highlights. The broth was punchy and bold, with a nice heat level that didn’t overpower the fresh clams.

  • Prime Rib Sandwich (Parisian – $28): Rich, satisfying, and well-executed. The gruyere and baguette soaked up the jus beautifully. A bit disappointing.  I would avoid this sandwich.  It was bread heavy and the melted cheese meant to elevate the sandwich was a bit of a distraction and I found the meat to be off a beat from the thinly shaved well seasoned standard of this type of sandwhich

  • Market Fish – Grouper ($42): Cooked well and accompanied by heirloom tomato, capers, and a fresh herb salad. A light but flavorful dish.  The herb salad was a couscous pasta salad which I felt could have been described better.  It was good, but not great.

  • Salmon ($36): Nicely roasted, paired with marble potatoes and kale. Balanced and well-seasoned.  I will admit, a perfect sear on the Salmon

  • Beef Short Rib ($52): Fall-apart tender and beautifully plated with root vegetables and pickled mustard seeds. A comfort-forward dish that still felt refined.  My son thoroughly enjoyed his meal and after sharing a few bites with me, I agreed. This dish was a standout.

  • Key Lime Ice Cream Sandwich: A fun and tart finish. The graham cracker and raspberry added just the right touch.

Overal the desert menu was a bit disappointing with limit items that did not seem to fit with the upscale experience being attempted here.

While the price-to-value ratio left a little room for improvement, the setting and service elevated the entire evening. It’s a place worth trying if you’re staying at Evermore or looking for an upscale dinner near Disney with standout views and a relaxing vibe.
