Chicken Melts On Ciabatta

Quick and easy chicken melts. Using Kirkland canned chicken and Costco ciabatta bread, this chicken melt comes together in 15 minutes or less and is packed with protein and great flavor. With a bit of chopped onion and celery, and some fresh squeezed lime juice, its full of flavor.

  • 1 toaster oven

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can Kirkland Chicken
  • 2 tbsp Mayonaisse
  • 2 tsp Mustard deli style or whole grain
  • 2 tbsp Celery diced
  • 1.5 tbsp Onion diced
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/2 Lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 Ciabbatta's kirkland sandwhich sized
  • 1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded or slices

Instructions
 

  • Open the can of chicken and Mix all the ingredients until smooth
  • Toast the ciabbatta's open faced lightly
  • Divide up the Chicken Salad 4 ways to cover each Sandwich half generously
  • Add shredded or sliced cheddar cheese on top
  • Turn the toaster oven to broil and place open faced sandwiches under the broiler set at 450 for 6 minutes
